Dear Sir or Madam,
Sustainable development issues are of utmost importance to companies within the PCC Rokita Capital Group. We aim to conduct our business responsibly, considering our impact on the natural environment, local communities, and the business environment.
Your opinion as our stakeholders is crucial to us, which is why we want to hear your thoughts on key sustainable development issues that should be a priority for our Group.
Please help us assess the importance (materiailty) of various areas of sustainable development in the context of our Group's activities. Your feedback will help us better understand where we can act more effectively to achieve our sustainable development goals.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Gather information on how you perceive the impact of PCC Rokita Capital Group companies' activities on sustainable development.
- Identify the key sustainable development issues that should be a priority for the PCC Rokita Capital Group.
The survey consists of two parts:

The questions in this survey concern both the impact of the PCC Rokita Capital Group's activities on the following issues and the impact of these issues on the Group's operations.
Part 2:
In this part, we will ask you to share your comments and feedback on sustainable development issues that were not mentioned in Part 1 but are, in your opinion, material (important) in the context of the PCC Rokita Capital Group's operations.
The survey is completely anonymous.
The estimated time to complete the survey is approximately 5-10 minutes.
